Senior Design and Analysis Engineer (Electrical Systems Design)

Serve as the Boeing F/A-18 Electrical Systems technical expert at the VX-23 Navy Test Squadron, performing many and varied functions which primarily, though far from exclusively, fall into the following categories.
Position
Responsibilities:
Design aircraft electrical modifications required to support testing requirements or production system upgrades Support Maintenance and Flight Operations by:
providing guidance on electrical assembly fabrication processes, assisting with troubleshooting aircraft system malfunctions, developing safe, practical and effective repair solutions, and providing engineering dispositions on non-conformance documents Provide on-site engineering support, and resolve technical issues that arise, when Maintenance is incorporating Technical Directives and Flight Test Modifications which were engineered by other organizations Build customer trust and satisfaction by being available for technical consultation and troubleshooting assistance when requested by the customer This position requires an active US Secret Security Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
(A US Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry 3years of Electrical Design Experience Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Qualified Material Review Board engineer with understanding of non-conformance corrective action process Possess knowledge of F/A-18 airframe subsystems' operation (primarily electrical and avionics, but also working knowledge of fuel, ECS, hydraulic and other airframe subsystems) Experience with troubleshooting aircraft electrical issues Experience with design and analysis of aircraft electrical circuits to safely meet functional requirements of the airframe subsystems and avionics Experience with design of wiring harness assemblies and electrical panels; and knowledge of their fabrication processes Experience with the preparation of both production and modification engineering drawings Experience with the Common Electrical and Electronic Data System (CEEDS), the F/A-18 electrical database Ability to prioritize tasks and produce quality results promptly and with little supervision Typical Education/
Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (eg Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (eg PhD4 years' related work experience, Master7 years' related work experience).
In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
